This page explains how to request deletion of personal information associated with Wisdom Highways services, website interactions, assessments, enquiries, consultations and connected integrations.
1. Who to contact
To request deletion of personal information controlled by Wisdom Highways Global Ltd, email:

2. What to include in your request
Please provide enough information for us to identify your records and understand what you want deleted. This may include:
- your full name;
- the email address or telephone number you used to contact Wisdom Highways;
- the organization name, if relevant;
- the service, assessment, form, social platform or communication channel you used;
- the approximate date of your interaction;
- a clear description of the personal information or account records you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, private keys, payment credentials or other sensitive authentication credentials. Wisdom Highways does not need those credentials to process a deletion request.
3. What happens after we receive a valid request
After receiving your request, Wisdom Highways will review it, take reasonable steps to verify that the request relates to you or an authorized representative, identify relevant records controlled by Wisdom Highways, and delete or anonymize eligible personal information where appropriate.
Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, accounting obligations, security needs, dispute handling, fraud prevention, contractual obligations, or legitimate business record requirements. Where we cannot delete specific information, we will limit retention to what is necessary and explain where appropriate.
4. Information in third-party platforms
Wisdom Highways may use third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Workspace, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, scheduling tools and workflow automation services.
We can process deletion requests for personal information that Wisdom Highways controls or can reasonably access within those services. However, third-party platforms may independently retain information under their own terms, privacy policies, legal obligations or user-account controls. You may need to use the privacy or deletion tools provided directly by the relevant third-party platform for information controlled by that platform.
5. Meta-related data deletion
If you interacted with Wisdom Highways through Meta technologies such as Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, you may request deletion of personal information Wisdom Highways controls by emailing pfa@wisdomhighways.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Please include the relevant platform, your name or handle if applicable, and enough context for us to locate the interaction. Do not send your Meta password, access token or authentication credentials.
6. Withdrawal of consent and communication preferences
If your request relates to marketing, follow-up or consent-based communication, you may ask us to stop contacting you or withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing that may continue under another lawful basis.
