These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wisdom Highways website, assessments, consultation booking flows, digital services, AI/automation strategy services, content, resources and related communications provided by Wisdom Highways Global Ltd (“Wisdom Highways”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
1. About Wisdom Highways
Wisdom Highways provides AI, automation, business systems, digital transformation, content visibility and strategy-related services for leaders, churches, ministries, SMEs and purpose-driven organizations.

2. Website information and assessments
Website content, articles, frameworks, assessment questions and guidance are provided for general information, education, strategy and business-development purposes. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, clinical, tax, accounting, cybersecurity or other regulated advice.
Assessment results, where provided, are intended to help identify readiness, opportunities, risks and next steps. They do not guarantee a business result, revenue outcome, technology outcome or platform approval.
3. Consultations and services
Consultations, proposals, implementation work and managed services may be subject to separate written agreements, scopes of work, invoices, payment terms or project documents. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control for that specific engagement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or services to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of others;
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringing content;
- attempt to access systems, data, accounts or services without authorization;
- transmit malware, spam, credential-harvesting content or harmful code;
- interfere with website security, availability or performance;
- send passwords, access tokens, private keys or other sensitive credentials through general forms or messages unless a secure approved method has been expressly provided;
- use Wisdom Highways materials to misrepresent affiliation, endorsement, certification or approval.
5. Intellectual property
The Wisdom Highways name, branding, website design, text, frameworks, articles, assessments, graphics, resources, workflows and other materials are owned by Wisdom Highways or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may view and share public website pages using normal links. You may not copy, resell, republish, scrape, modify, distribute or exploit Wisdom Highways materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions or ideas, you allow Wisdom Highways to use them to improve its services without owing compensation, provided we do not use your confidential information unlawfully.
6. Third-party platforms and integrations
Our website and services may interact with third-party platforms such as Meta technologies, Google Workspace, email providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, automation tools, social-media platforms and communication channels. Those third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
Wisdom Highways is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, approval decisions, data practices, security incidents or feature limitations outside our control.
7. AI and automation limitations
Wisdom Highways may use or help implement AI and automation-enabled workflows. AI and automation can support research, drafting, routing, follow-up, reporting, content operations and process improvement, but they have limitations.
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, making final decisions, ensuring lawful use, protecting confidential information, and applying appropriate human oversight. AI-generated or automation-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable without human review.
Wisdom Highways does not promise that any AI system, automation, integration or platform configuration will produce a specific revenue, growth, approval, ranking, reach, conversion, cost-saving or time-saving result unless expressly stated in a signed agreement with measurable scope and assumptions.
8. User-provided materials
If you submit materials to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and that our use of them for the requested purpose will not violate the rights of others. You should not submit confidential, regulated or highly sensitive information unless we have agreed an appropriate handling method.
9. Disclaimers
The website and general resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to provide accurate, useful and high-quality information, but we do not warrant that every page, tool, assessment, recommendation or resource will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully current or suitable for every user or organization.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wisdom Highways will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity or platform access arising from use of the website or general resources.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Termination or restriction of access
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website, services or communications where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that may harm Wisdom Highways, users, platforms or service providers.

13. Changes to these Terms
